Pune : Aseem Bhalerao, CEO, Fluid Robotics India emphasized on importance of robotics at 'Robotics- past, present and future' a lecture on robotics as a part of the science related lecture series organized recently at Muktangan auditorium.
The twelve part series is being organized by Marathi Vidnyan Parishad (MVP), Muktangan Science Exploratory Center (MSEC) and Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation limited (MKCL). Yashwant Gharpure, President, MVP, Uday Panchpore of MKCL, Anant Bhide and Neha Nirgudkar of MSEC were present on the occasion.
While addressing gathering, Bhalerao said, ‘Town planning, automobile industry, defence, agriculture, medicine everywhere the robotics is being used for efficiency. Also scientists are working on artificial intelligence in robot which will bring the revolution in robotics’.
He also added that the robotics is changing the things used to work and have overcome the limitations. "The introduction of robotics in education will also change we are studying. Also this will take away jobs in some sectors but will also create new job opportunities."
Gharpure stressed on the importance of the lecture series he said, ‘The technology is being developed with fast pace and with impact on life. How to adapt to this technology will be the focus of the series.’
Anant Bhide said, ‘Vidnyan Shanshodhika works towards knowledge through practical. Enlighten students at early age will help to get great scientist in future.’
